architecture solutions that mitigate gaps and/or improve performance \nAssist in the development of analysis plans, execute MDS simulation tools, post-process and assess analysis results, and prepare architecture analysis briefs/reports\nSupport modeling & simulation (M&S) efforts related to the above to tailor tools to specific analysis plans\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nActive Secret clearance\nAbility to obtain a TS/SCI\nBachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job and 8+ years of related professional experienceMaster's Degree or equivalent, may be preferred at this level\n\nSolid understanding of the current MDS architecture and future concepts\nExperience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures\nStrong skill in interpreting results and presenting findings clearly\nExcellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as collaboration with others to achieve objectives\nStrong time management skills and the ability to assess tasks based on their importance and urgency\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nMaster’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project or a Bachelor's Degree with 20+ years experience\nActive TS/SCI Clearance\nExperience with AFSIM or similar MDS simulation tools/frameworks\nBackground in IAMD/Cruise Missile Defense systems\nBackground or experience with space systems\nExperience with the definition and use of advanced concepts and algorithms for the M&S of MDS architectures\nExperience supporting systems engineering-related architecture design
