The developer will be working in a dynamic, fast paced and a mission driven project, providing them with an opportunity to further learn and enhance their skills while feel proud of the social mission they support. An eligible candidate must have the following skills:\nIn depth experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, business logic layer, data access layer) as well as experience in distributed architectures using integration hubs such as Data Power, Mule or any ESB’s.\nExperience with TypeScript or ECMAScript(ES6 or latest should be fine).\nStrong skills in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap or Similar, JavaScript, React, Redux.\nExperience in integrating API with the respective screens.\nExperience in developing Higher Order Components (HOC) and working with custom frameworks or libraries.\nDebugging and resolving PRODUCTION issues and having string debugging skills.\nExperience in Writing Unit Test Cases with Jest, Enzyme or Mocha\nExperience in developing applications with ADA compliance.\nAbility to quickly learn new concepts and/or technology.\nMust have done hands-on development in most recent projects.\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral and ability to smoothly interact with development team leadership and clients.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nCandidate should be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented and a team-player.\nA strong candidate would also be able to demonstrate their competency in the below areas:\nExperience in Code review\nMentor junior staff and lead technical designs.\nPassionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices\nProject experience in working with Agile processes\nKnowledge of SDLC processes and use of application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, etc.\nAbility to collaborate with the product, engineering, and business teams to understand the requirements that will form the core foundation for all the future
