You will support the team by generating key reports, assisting with data analysis, and contributing to the development of insights that drive business decisions. \nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop new and continuously improve regular performance reports and dashboards based on business requirement\nDeliver accurate data and regular reports to the business within the agreed timeline\nSetup and maintain Skills in AI tools (like Claude) for business \nPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement via data visualization\nAssist in data cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nSupport the business AI transformations projects\nOwnership of the administrative process of existing systems and reporting hierarchies\nStay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, AI, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities\nAssist in ad hoc project\nQualifications and skills requirements:\n1-2 years’ experience in related field\nSQL: Knowledge of SQL is essential for querying databases, retrieving data, and performing basic data manipulations like filtering and aggregating information.\nExcel: Proficiency in Excel is a must for a data analyst, as it's widely used for basic data analysis, creating pivot tables, performing calculations, and generating charts/graphs.\nPower BI: dashboards, data modelling, relationships and clear visualisations\nData cleaning and quality checks: identify missing/inconsistent data, reconcile outputs to source systems, and document assumptions\nUnderstanding of data warehousing and ETL processes\nComfortable experimenting with AI tools (eg. Claude, Copilot) in a business context, no prior AI/ML expertise required\nThe following personal attributes are essential:\nPassionate about data and analytics\nEnthusiasm to learn new data analysis techniques and AI tools.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nCapable of working towards tight deadline and move priority\nAdaptability: The data landscape can change quickly.
