Working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, you'll develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide visibility into network performance, cost, service, and delivery outcomes. The role goes beyond traditional reporting, applying analytical thinking, trend analysis, forecasting, and data modelling to identify opportunities for operational optimisation and efficiency. You'll also support the development of AI and machine learning capabilities through well-governed data, predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and decision-support tools. A strong focus is placed on ensuring reporting is accurate, scalable, and user-friendly while continuously exploring innovative analytics technologies to enhance business performance.
