Across these networks, models are trained on proprietary industry datasets to achieve higher performance and broader applicability while keeping data control and IP protected. We deliver these superior models through drug discovery applications that enable teams to run them at scale, further customize them, and integrate them into existing R&D workflows.

• AI Structural Biology (AISB) Network: Pharmaceutical companies collaborate in the field of co-folding, structure-based binding affinity predictions and antibody design.
• ADMET Network: Pharmaceutical and biotech companies collaborate to improve small-molecule property prediction and expand into further drug modalities.
• Antibody Developability Network: Pharma partners collaborate to federate historical and purpose-built antibody developability data sets for secure ML training, without data leaving each partner’s environment.

About the role

As our Working Student - Talent and Operations, you will support the People, Operations & Talent Acquisition functions. You will be based in our Berlin office, working alongside our People Operations team on in-person office tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes structure, keeps things moving, and wants a close look at how People & Operations works in a fast-growing AI company while working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

What you will do

Talent Acquisition support

• Process inbound applications in our ATS (Personio) and keep candidate records clean and up to date
• Coordinate the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring timely interview scheduling and clear communication on next steps to maintain a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Manage the careers inbox and respond to candidate questions

Operations support

• Support logistics for team events and offsites
• Support the reorganization of our SharePoint drive so documents are easy to find
• Help bring our sustainability and CO₂ reporting up to date

HR support

• Pick up tasks on ongoing People and company projects
• Help coordinate onboarding emails and pre-start communication for new joiners
• Document processes as you go so they are easy to hand over

What we expect from you

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field
• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, office management or operations (e.g. an internship or previous working student role)
• Based in Berlin and able to work from our office on a regular basis
• Very organized, reliable and detail-oriented; you follow things through without being chased
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook); experience with Personio is a plus
• Clear, friendly written and spoken communication in English; German is a plus
• Discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with AI tools matter more than prior AI experience

Logistics

• Initial Screening: If your application matches our requirements, we invite you to an initial video call to explore the fit. In this 30-45-minute interview, you will get to know us and the role. The interviewer will be interested in your relevant experiences and skills, as well as answering any questions on the company and the role itself that you may have.
• Deep Dive: In this phase, the people team will assess your skills and knowledge required for the role by asking you about meaningful experiences or your solutions for specific scenarios in line with the role we are staffing.
