We're changing that, and the market is responding.\nThis is a genuinely exciting time to join: you'll be one of the first hires on the ground in North America, with real scope to shape how the office and playbook develop as we scale, and clear progression as the team grows.\nThe Role\nYou've spent years on construction sites. You know what it's like when the Monday planning meeting falls apart, when the subcontractor schedule is three weeks out of date, and when nobody can tell you what's actually happening next week. You've lived that frustration. We need someone who's been on the other side of the hoarding to help our biggest accounts get the most out of Aphex and grow with us as we scale internationally.\nAt Aphex, we believe deeply that we are in the business of successful construction project delivery. As an Account Manager, you'll embody this principle, focusing first on helping projects succeed, which naturally leads to enterprise growth and expansion opportunities.\nYou'll join a high-performing go-to-market team of sales and customer success professionals, stepping into a pivotal Account Manager role. You will be one of the founding members of our North America team, working alongside some of the core members of our UK team who are relocating to Toronto to help launch our presence there. We've crafted and refined our playbooks in the UK to ensure you can transition smoothly, with the support and structure needed to excel. It's perfect for someone with a deep understanding of construction, eager to leverage their experience in a fast-moving and rewarding environment - and to help build something from the ground up.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nYour core job is to make projects succeed on Aphex. When projects succeed, the account grows - new divisions, new seats, new products. You own that cycle for your accounts.\nDrive adoption on live projects - not from a distance, but by understanding how each team plans and helping them do it better with Aphex\n\nBuild relationships with senior stakeholders - Heads of Planning, Operations Directors, Digital Leads - the people who decide whether Aphex becomes the standard\n\nSpot and create expansion opportunities - new divisions, new project types, new products like Aphex Diary\n\nWork with and lead customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers\n\nHelp customers build consistent operating processes across their projects so Aphex becomes how they work, not another tool to manage\n\nHit your numbers - quarterly and annual expansion targets, and you'll be expected to deliver\n\nHelp shape the North America playbook as one of the first people on the ground\n\nWho This Is For\nYou've been on site for 5+ years - as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or Project Manager. You know how construction projects actually run, not how textbooks say they should.\n\nYou're ready for a change - not because you've failed in construction, but because you want to use everything you've learned differently. You want to work with technology, not against it.\n\nYou can hold a room. You're comfortable presenting to a Site Manager, a Head of Planning, or an Operations Director - because you've worked alongside people like them your whole career.\n\nYou take ownership. When something's yours, it's yours.
