The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all AR activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, with a strong focus on commission-related transactions.\nOversee a team of AR professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management.\nPrepare and analyze monthly reports for internal departments and external partners to support data-driven decisions.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes and improve collection efforts.\nGenerate and present aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and AR performance metrics to senior leadership.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (GAAP), and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the AR function.\nProvide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\n5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.\nExperience managing commission-related receivables is highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of revenue recognition and commission structures.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis)\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nDemonstrated leadership with a track record of team development and performance management.\nProficient in tools such as Outlook, Salesforce, and Netsuite.\nStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.\nProactive and self-directed with a continuous improvement mindset.\nComfortable working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic work environment.\nAbility to leverage data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.\n\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work\nThis position generally requires 45 hours per week, with occasional additional hours as needed to meet business demands and management responsibilities.\nSupervisory Responsibilit y\nYes\nTotal Rewards Package\n401(k) with employer matching\nPaid Time Off\nExtended health insurance, LTD, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program\nAccess to company-sponsored volunteer and community engagement programs\nRecognition & rewards program\nHybrid work schedule \nCareer Growth Opportunity\nBe part of a growing organization that offers career advancement, professional development, and the chance to make a significant impact on financial operations.\nCompensation\nThe good faith annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 USD.\nCompensation is determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set, geographic location, as well as internal alignment and external benchmarks.\nOther Duties\nDuties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.\nThe performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).\nWork Environment\nThis position operates in a professional office environment.
