automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.\nThis is a hands-on Manager role combining strong technical capabilities, business acumen and end-to-end ownership.\nThe successful candidate will use data, automation, AI and market intelligence to develop scalable solutions, support decision-making and deliver measurable business impact.\nEssential trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and lead opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working, delivering measurable and sustainable results.\nMarket Intelligence: Analyze external market information, including hotel, airline, travel and broader market data, to identify trends, benchmark performance and support commercial decisions.\nAI & Innovation: Develop and apply AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, AI agents and intelligent workflows, to enhance analytics, automation and business processes.\nAutomation & Technical Solutions: Lead the development of scalable solutions using Python and other automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities.\nBusiness Intelligence: Develop dashboards, analytical tools and performance reporting to support effective decision-making.\nData Quality & Governance: Develop validation, reconciliation and governance processes to support accurate, consistent and reliable information.\nCommercial & Operational Analytics: Support performance monitoring, sourcing intelligence, savings validation and other commercial and operational analyses.\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Lead initiatives from problem definition through development, implementation and performance measurement.\nStakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience working with large and complex datasets.\nStrong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, visualization and business intelligence solutions.\nAdvanced Excel and Power Query skills for data analysis, modelling, transformation and automation.\nGood working knowledge of Python, with the ability to use it for data analysis, automation and solution development.\nPractical experience with AI and LLM technologies, including their application to analytics, automation, information extraction and business workflows.\nStrong experience with automation, including the design and implementation of automated workflows and processes.\nStrong data management capabilities, including data validation, reconciliation and integration across multiple sources and systems.\nAbility to translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions and independently lead initiatives from concept through delivery.\nStrong business acumen, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh level of ownership, curiosity and ability to learn and apply new technologies.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience in travel, hospitality, procurement, aviation or transportation.\nExperience with CRM such as Salesforce and enterprise business systems.\nExperience with workflow and process automation technologies.\nLean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology.\nExperience with databases, data querying or data integration.\nSuccess in this Role:\nA highly analytical, technically capable and independent professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and building practical solutions.\nA combination of strong analytical and automation capabilities with commercial awareness, taking ownership from concept through delivery and proactively using data, market intelligence, AI and technology to drive better decisions and measurable business value.\nCompensation\nThe good faith compensation for this position is\nLondon, England: up to 50,000 GBP\nSpain& Portugal: up to 60,000 Euros\nCompensation is determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set, geographic location, as well as internal alignment and external benchmarks.\nOther Duties\nDuties, responsibilities and activities
