This role requires a general understanding of finance and financial accounting principles.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nEssential Functions: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)\n\nCorporate forecasting and budgeting, including long term projections. \nMonth-end close analysis, accruals, and reporting \nCreation and maintenance of key performance metrics \nAnalysis of regional revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, accounts receivables. \nMaintaining detailed headcount and expense schedules \nVarious other ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed Prepare/consolidate monthly/quarterly reporting packages including financial statements, management P&Ls, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary \nExecute annual budget process and long-term modelling. \nProvide ad-hoc financial modelling, financial analysis and reporting \nExhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed \nMaintenance of general ledger and preparation of financial statements for SPVs housing structured products \nCash management including preparation of payment reports \n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nMinimum Experience within analysis and financial controls a plus \nHands-on problem solving proficiency \nProven ability to work with and manage large amounts of financial data \nExcellent analytical skills \nProactive and detail/results-oriented \nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company personnel \nAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast paced and complex environment with short deadlines \n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field necessary.\n\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work\nRegular hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm, with occasional evening work as needed\n\nSupervisory Responsibility\nNo\nTotal Rewards Package\n401(k) with employer matching\nPaid Time Off\nExtended health insurance, LTD, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program\nAccess to company-sponsored volunteer and community engagement programs\nRecognition & rewards program\nHybrid work schedule\nCompensation\nThe good faith annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD.\nCompensation is determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set, geographic location, as well as internal alignment and external benchmarks.\nOther Duties\nDuties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.\nThe performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).\nWork Environment\nThis position operates in a professional office environment.
