Reporting to the Program Manager, Technology Transformation, this role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned technology projects in alignment with organizational priorities.\nThe ideal candidate brings hands-on project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nEssential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nProject Planning & Execution:\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for assigned technology projects;\nManage day-to-day project activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution;\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.\n\nStakeholder Coordination:\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines;\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through;\nProvide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.\n\nRisk & Issue Management:\nIdentify, document, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle;\nEscalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the Program Manager with recommended solutions;\nMaintain a risk register and ensure mitigation plans are in place and tracked.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned;\nEnsure project artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and accessible within established program management tools;\nAdhere to project management standards, tools, and methodologies as defined by the Program Manager.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\nContribute to the improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices;\nParticipate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills, Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.\nPMP certification desired or actively working toward certification.\n5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation or IT services environments.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).\nExperience working within program and portfolio management frameworks.\nExperience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones.\nCompetencies:\nProblem Solving/Analysis.\nResults Driven with Strong Execution Focus.\nProcess Management and Organization.\nCollaboration and Cross-functional Coordination.\nSelf-motivated, independent thinker.\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.\nTravel Requirements\n0-5%\nCompensation Range\nFully remote USA is between $100,000 to $115,000.00 USD annually, commensurate with experience. Plus, annual discretionary bonus.\nHybrid Canadian Office in Markham is between $100,000 to $135,000.00 CAD annually, commensurate with experience. Plus, annual discretionary bonus.\nOther Duties\nDuties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.\nThe performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).\nWork Environment\nThis position operates in a professional office environment.
