The position is available remotely or on-site in Cyprus.\nResponsibilities:\nGather and analyze business requirements for product development, including UI requirements, API enhancements, banking backend improvements, and integrations with external providers.\nPrepare technical documentation and detailed task specifications for the development team.\nParticipate in integrations with payment providers and related accounting systems.\nContribute to analytical tasks and architectural design, and assist in investigating and resolving client issues in production.\nCollaborate closely with development, QA, product, and design teams.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.\nExperience working on projects involving the development of back-office applications for the banking or financial sector, particularly those related to payment processing, account management, and similar operations.\nExperience with both customer-facing and back-office banking systems, along with a solid understanding of payment processing workflows.\nKnowledge of business process modeling methodologies and tools, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas through diagrams.\nProficiency in UML and BPMN notations.\nAbility to write SQL queries.\nStrong time management skills and the ability to meet stakeholder-defined deadlines.\nAbility to independently gather and analyze information for tasks and research, with a willingness to understand the product's regulatory and legal requirements.\nUnderstanding of client-server architecture principles.\nEnglish proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.\nNice to Have\nExperience with microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of programming languages such as Node.js and PHP.\nExperience working with
