Every engineering team at Apiiro is actively embedding LLMs, AI agents, and generative AI into the products they own, moving from experimentation to production and keeping things running reliably once they're there.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and ship end-to-end AI-driven features and agentic workflows- from experimentation through validation to production deployment (Python and C#).\nDesign scalable backend services that support production-grade agentic AI capabilities.\nDevelop and improve solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI frameworks.\nEvaluate agentic architectures and model performance, owning monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement in production.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to drive AI innovation across the platform.\nWhat You're About\n5+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.\nProven experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems using modern AI/ML frameworks.\nSelf-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment - you don't wait to be told what to do next.\nStrong collaborator with clear communication skills; you thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams.\nHands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks (preferred).\nFamiliarity with C# or polyglot engineering environments (a plus).\nWhat We Stand For at Apiiro\nCustomer-First.
