Job Purpose: The Sales Representative is responsible for sales promotion and customer growth in pharmacies improving the image of the APIVITA & URIAGE brands continuously and achieving the qualitative and quantitative sales targets.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Visits clients/pharmacies which are under his/her responsibility.
• Gives sales coaching and industry mapping to his/her clients
• Maintains client records and setting goals before his/her visits.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports (report of daily visits, sales) and send them to his/her supervisor.
• Prepares and submits sales contracts.
• Undertakes full responsibility on clients’ orders (placement, follow-up, payment)
• Undertakes responsibility on before and after sales service of clients, aiming to resolve any arising issues regarding his/her clientele.
• Ensures proper merchandising and placement of promotional materials in pharmacies according to company guidelines.
• Actively participates in department’s meetings and training seminars.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA will be considered as an asset

• Proven working experience of at least 3 years as Sales Representative in Cosmetics industry in pharmacy channel distribution (on-line, offline)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of English language
