The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing technical projects and teams, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results while adhering to scope, budget, and timeline requirements.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role, you will own and be responsible for delivering key initiatives.\nResponsible for the end-to-end deployment to meet customer business requirements.\n\nUnderstanding and driving business priorities within the deployment.\n\nDeep understanding of all customer needs and understanding how our solution fulfills those business needs so that we can make decisions in prioritizing work.\n\nInterfacing with clients and other functional teams e.g. product, account, sales, etc\n\nPlanning the overall project plan, including milestones tied to financial payments, monitoring the progress, and reporting weekly status.\n\nInterfacing with the client Program Management peer or peer in a similar capacity/authority\n\nDriving Requirements Management with the account and product team.\n\nAssist in the creation of client LOEs, proposals and plans.\n\nProgram management - Global process and system improvement projects, New Product Introductions, large scale project support deployments.\n\nManaging, coordinating, and ensuring collaboration on technology development within a team and across needed teams.\n\nRemoving tactical impediments and driving the resolution of issues.\n\nDrive and participate in global program standups to ensure plan execution and deliveries are on time with appropriate risk management.\n\nTrack and assess project cost vs. budget and delivery targets.\n\nTracking and approving resources working on deployment.\n\nDefine, track, and present KPIs for tracking operational and financial performance.\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nBA/BS in Business, Management, or a relevant field. MS or MBA a plus\n\n12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.\n\n5+ years of experience in the mobile/connected device, consumer electronics reverse logistics, and/or SaaS industries desired.\n\nExperience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.\n\nDemonstrated success in managing planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budgets.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as are the ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize.\n\nSound business judgment with the proven ability to influence others positively.\n\nStrong analytical thinking skills.\n\nHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.\n\nOur Core Values:\nHooked on customers.
