The role of the Advisor, Business Development Support is to support NAM BD Team with administrative sales task and lead generation/development. This position is integral and has a direct impact to BD success from lead generation to account onboarding.\n Responsibilities:\nThis position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:\nSales Support:\nDevelop and qualify 100 new leads per month in line with APLL Product Strategy and market objectives.\nResearch target accounts to generate account intel; volume, location, contact, competitor, etc\nResearch target industries for market position \nSupport with systems/platform input, access, trouble tickets: zoom, LinkedIn, CRM, CMA, metrics, Panjiva, and as assigned\nGenerate and maintain scheduled reporting and ad hoc as needed in support of sales targeting \nCollaborate with marketing team to develop and drive sales campaign \nCollaborate with marketing team in planning conferences, conventions, and commercial events/interactions\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nPeople:\nOnboard and train new BD members on CRM and sales tools\n\nKey Result Areas:\nMinimum of 100 new leads per month\nEstablish inside sales processes and scripts to allow for a standardized, transferable inside sales strategy and approach across the organization\nSupport in the development and training of our sales team to make them more efficient at selling APLL service\nSupport in development of RFP and other tender responses for key new customer opportunities.\n QUALIFICATIONS:\nTech savvy, MS office, CRM experience\nMarketing background is a plus\nMust be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse background.\nDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently as well as on a team\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with a level of professionalism and integrity\nAdvanced knowledge of lead generation, pipeline management, and sales planning\nBilingual: Spanish\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nVerbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work under minimal supervision.\nAbility to influence/persuade others.\nTeamwork - showing a commitment to teamwork and collaboration\nRespect - extending dignity and respect to all people\nIntegrity - fostering trust and a positive work environment\nInnovation - bringing creativity to the workplace\nCustomer Focus - achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus\nThe typical starting salary range for this position is: $76,600 - $117,900.\nThe actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Commuting costs are not reimbursed.
