Performs GFF cargo release in a timely manner by updating release order, cheque number and amount in GFF against HBL (House Bill) within 4 hours and a strict 2 hours for urgent case\n\nMonitors and responses to Freight Cashier and functional mailbox emails are promptly cleared daily\n\nSettles billing disputes in a timely manner to avoid collection being delayed\n\nCreates and completes credit memo, invoice voiding and invoice upload\n\nPerforms voiding of invoices as and when receives request from origins/collectors/other stakeholders\n\nResponsible to extract necessary information from the systems and be able to deliver the information to the stakeholders upon their request\n\nMonitors and ensures emails are being replied within the same day and being resolved promptly\n\nResponsible to back up the fellow team member in their absence\n\nResponsible to back up the team leader in their absence especially on voiding and reporting\n\nEnsures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved\n\nEnsures issues not resolved are escalated to supervisor on a timely basis\n\nTrains new staff onboard on job task and to work with team leader to update the DPM on IFS, application and assists any ad hoc task whenever needed (as required)\n\n Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.\n0-1 year related experience in Finance and Accounts Payables\n\nPossesses strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
