And as one, we deliver.\nWe’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Team lead Inventory Control.\nThis role reports into the Supervisor Inventory Control.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a hands-on senior team member, leading by example and supporting colleagues in daily operations.\n\nTrain and support team members in warehouse management systems and processes.\n\nCoordinate daily inventory control activities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed accurately.\n\nPerform and support cycle counts, inventory audits, investigations, and stock adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.\n\nReview inventory variance reports and work with operations teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between warehouse operations.\n\nSupport continuous improvement, safety, and 5S initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and workplace organization.\n\n What we are looking for:\nExperience in a warehouse or distribution environment, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead role coordinating daily activities and supporting a team.\n\nProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS).\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, and time management skills.\n\nGood communication skills and fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.\n\nThe typical salary range for this position is: €35.504 - 42.513 (paid on 13-monthsalaries + holiday allowance)\nThe actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience.
