Our client has a proven track record of delivering comprehensive AV solutions across education, government, corporate, construction, and institutional sectors.\nAs an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building long-term business relationships and providing expert insights on advanced AV technologies. You will help businesses enhance their events, whether through corporate meetings, video conferences, or large-scale productions featuring cutting-edge lighting, staging, and audio-visual systems.\nWhat they offer:\nBase Salary: $50k- $60k, with on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding $100k-$120k per year\nExcellent training provided on products and systems\n100% employer paid benefits\nTravel : 2-3 weeks max per year\nCar Allowance: $550/month, with gas reimbursement\nCell Phone: $50/month\nLaptop provided\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow an assigned territory, maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.\nAct as the primary contact for multiple accounts, representing the company professionally.\nGenerate new sales opportunities by reaching out to prospects in the region.\nAttend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company.\nCollaborate with the Systems Design team to develop customized AV solutions.\nPrepare and deliver AV system and component quotations and RFP submissions.\nConduct site inspections, client consultations, sales presentations, and negotiations.\nStay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends.\nMaintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.\nWork Conditions\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional evenings and weekends as needed).\nTravel: Some travel to rural areas within the assigned territory, though not excessive.\nDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
