This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare all vendor invoices by matching purchase orders and receiving slips, coding and entry into accounting system\nPrepare all invoices and process all payments from customers\nReconciliation of vendor statements and freight account\nReconciliation of company credit cards\nMaintain customer and vendor price lists\nPrepare daily deposits including bank, credit card and electronic receipts\nQualifications:\n2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced accounting or bookkeeping role\nA mix of experience and post-secondary education may be considered\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook\nDetail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multi-task\nHigh level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines\nStrong problem-solving and research skills\nAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team setting\nPlease note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday in office position.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
