They offer a collaborative, people-first environment where great customer service is recognized, employees are encouraged to share ideas, and your contributions truly matter.\nIf you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in helping others, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team, this could be a great fit!\nWhat You’ll Do\nBe a friendly, helpful point of contact for customers in both French and English through phone, email, and live chat.\nAnswer questions about products, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and warranties.\nTake ownership of customer concerns, investigating issues and following through until they’re resolved.\nProvide thoughtful, personalized solutions that leave customers feeling heard and supported.\nWork closely with internal teams, warehouses, and delivery partners to resolve customer issues.\nBuild strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and make helpful recommendations.\nKeep accurate customer records and document interactions using internal systems.\nHandle challenging conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.\nContribute ideas to improve the customer experience and make processes more efficient.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluency in both French and English is required, including strong verbal and written communication skills.\nAt least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high-volume customer support environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle challenging situations.\nExcellent communication and active listening skills.\nAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
