Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 15 plus staff members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Oversee and streamline workflows, identify efficiencies, and implement process improvements. Manage day-to-day operations of personal lines and Autoplan transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Handle employee recruitment and onboarding, with final hiring authority supported by HR. Support occasional travel to satellite offices and oversee operational continuity across locations. Maintain a strong book of business and foster relationships with local stakeholders and partners. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of management experience
