We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the market, developing relationships, pursuing new business and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.\nYou will lead an experienced team across outside sales, inside sales, warehouse and distribution functions while serving as a visible representative of the business within the Regina market.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive profitable sales growth and identify new business opportunities.\nDevelop and deepen relationships with contractors, builders, dealers and other B2B customers.\nGrow existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers and market share.\nLead, coach and develop the branch sales and operations team.\nUse sales data, market intelligence and branch metrics to establish priorities and make informed business decisions.\nMaintain strong pricing and margin discipline.\nOversee inventory, warehouse, workflow, labour and distribution activities.\nEnsure customers consistently receive a high level of service.\nBuild credibility and strong working relationships with an experienced branch team.\nMaintain a strong culture of accountability, collaboration and workplace safety.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou are a commercially minded leader who knows how to develop business, build customer relationships and get the best from people.\nYou may already be managing a branch or sales operation, or you could be a successful sales professional who has demonstrated leadership ability and is ready to take on broader responsibility.\nIdeally, you bring:\nProven B2B sales and business development experience.\nStrong leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills.\nExperience in building products, construction materials, wholesale distribution or a related B2B environment.\nA track record of developing new customers and growing existing accounts.\nStrong commercial judgment with an understanding of pricing, margins and profitable growth.\nThe ability to use sales and operational metrics to drive performance.\nA hands-on, accountable and results-oriented approach.\nA post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.\nExperience with windows, siding, aluminum, exterior building products or related construction products would be particularly valuable.\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?\nThe Regina branch is an established operation with an experienced team and a strong position in the Saskatchewan market.
