This is a high-impact opportunity to lead large teams, drive electrical execution, and work on major projects spanning data centres, wastewater treatment, nuclear, and other technically demanding environments.\nAbout Our Client\nA top-tier, employee-owned general contractor with a major North American footprint and a dedicated industrial group delivering complex, high-stakes builds.\nStrong safety culture, deep field leadership, and consistent delivery on large, technically demanding projects.\nAbout the Opportunity\nSenior field-leadership role focused on electrical execution across large, complex industrial projects.\nProject types include: data centres, wastewater treatment plants, and nuclear projects (among other heavy industrial work).\nYou’ll be client-facing from early project conversations through closeout/turnover, while leading and developing a sizable team (often 10-14 direct reports across project/field leadership).\nMust be based in / relocate to Chandler (Phoenix area), AZ (not remote; not based out of other offices).\nAbout the Position\nLead field execution for one major project or multiple concurrent projects, owning outcomes across safety, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and profitability for electrical scopes (self-perform + subcontractors).\nDrive electrical planning, constructability, sequencing, energization strategy, and turnover/commissioning readiness.\nAct as the senior point of accountability for electrical scope delivery in coordination with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C/commissioning teams.\nRun strong client-facing communication and present professionally to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.\nSupport pursuits/preconstruction as needed (execution plans, manpower curves, client presentations).\nThe Requirements\nSenior industrial construction leadership background with deep electrical execution expertise (high/medium voltage environments and complex distribution systems).\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and lead teams through fast-moving site conditions.\nStrong client-facing and executive presentation capability.\nWillingness to travel and work within a project-based model.\nCompensation & Benefits\n$180,000-$220,000 base salary per annum, commensurate with experience\nPer diem (allocation-based)\nEmployee equity and dividend options\nAnnual bonuses 3-5% \nBenefits from day 1 - medical, dental and vision (benchmarked as industry leader)\nPrescription drug coverage and telemedicine services\nPaid parental leave \nOngoing training and support \n401 (k) with company match\n3-4 weeks vacation\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
