Their goal is to transform these systems into more dynamic, intelligent, and flexible networks.\nAbout The Opportunity\nThe Human Resources Advisor will work with leadership and focus on all day-to-day HR matters in addition to special projects. Guiding culture and engagement, managing the employee life cycle and policy development are all areas of focus.\nAbout The Position\nEmployee engagement.\nManages day to day HR support.\nSupports the performance management program.\nTalent acquisition and partnership relationships.\nSpecial projects, research and reporting that support strategic decision-making.\nEnsures HR policies are up-to-date, in compliance and accessible.\nDevelops and implements policies and procedures.\nGuides and advises leadership on HR initiatives and supports through employee relations and conflict.\nCompensation and benefits administration.\nThe Requirements\nDegree or diploma in Human Resources.\nCPHR is desired.\n5+ years of experience in an HR role. \nPrior experience developing HR policies and procedures.\nExperience in a standalone HR role is an asset.\nPrior experience managing the employee lifecycle.\nEmployee handbook creation is an asset.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of employment standards. \nCompensation\nAnnual salary range $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.\nCompetitive benefits program.\n3 weeks vacation to start.\nPotential for hybrid 4 days in office, and 1 for home based on performance after probation.\nEducation and designation.\nDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
