You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, on scope, and on budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, tracking, and closeout.\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and governance in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelop project charters and project/business plans; recommend delivery approaches and methodologies.\nLead requirements documentation and support solution design and delivery aligned to enterprise architecture.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and impacts; facilitate risk/impact assessments and provide recommendations.\nPrepare and present project deliverables and status updates to leadership, steering committees, and internal teams.\nManage project budgets, including forecast vs. actual tracking and variance reporting.\nCoordinate resources, priorities, and work plans; take corrective action as needed to maintain delivery commitments.\nEnsure effective project communications and escalation of risks/issues as required.\nSupport change management and communications where needed.\nConduct post-project assessments to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements for future initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications (Must Have)\nProject management experience involving ADX Studio and Microsoft Dynamics CRM related work, including Power Apps and Dataverse migrations.\nProven ability to define project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.\nExperience managing a large, complex, custom in-house software development project within a large enterprise environment.\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)\nExperience conducting and interpreting multi-scenario impact and risk assessments.\nExperience creating and managing project budgets (forecast vs. actual).\nExperience delivering mandated/legislated projects with short timelines.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
