This is to support a large, well known organization in optimizing their professional development and learning infrastructure, with a primary focus on its Learning Management System (LMS).\nThis role combines systems administration, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support effective, scalable learning initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure, manage, and optimize the LMS, including automated and dynamic learning assignments.\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues for administrators and learners.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning systems align with business requirements and user needs.\nWork with the LMS vendor on system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate learning metrics, KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.\nLeverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and prepare learning data for reporting and decision-making.\nDocument system standards, processes, and best practices to support data integrity and consistent reporting.\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience supporting, administering, or optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS).\nStrong Power BI/Tableau skills, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, validate data, and communicate insights effectively.\nExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.\nStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
