This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering essential infrastructure projects across the region.\nAbout the Opportunity\nYou would play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial and residential plumbing, HVAC, gas, and mechanical projects across Metro Vancouver. The position would focus on coordinating project schedules, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nThis is position is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge Delta, Richmond, and North Vancouver.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and schedule daily service calls, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and technician dispatch.\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to service requests and providing timely updates on work progress.\nPrepare and manage work orders, service tickets, purchase orders, and invoicing documentation.\n Coordinate technician schedules, labor allocation, and equipment to maximize productivity and service response times.\nCommunicate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure service work is completed efficiently and on schedule.\nTrack material orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure technicians have the required resources for service calls.\nMonitor service schedules, technician utilization, and outstanding work orders, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.\nMaintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, warranties, and customer documentation within the company’s service management system.\nSupport quoting, billing, and contract administration for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and small projects.\nAssist Project Managers with project administration, including documentation, change orders, RFIs, close-out documents, and project reporting when required.\nEnsure all service activities comply with company safety standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive service experience.\nRequirements\n2+ years’ experience working with a Mechanical Contractor. \nProficient in software such as MS Office suite and document control platforms.\nStrong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE\nExtended Benefits Package\nCareer Progression Opportunities\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
