This role blends governance, reporting, and project administration with a strong dose of coordination across project managers, finance, supply chain, and vendor partners. If you enjoy keeping complex initiatives organized, audit ready, and moving forward with clarity, this is a great fit.\nResponsibilities\nSupport PMO governance activities, standards, controls, and reporting for IT infrastructure projects\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, templates, and process materials (including SDLC alignment)\nProduce project performance, resource utilization, and financial reporting on a recurring cadence\nPerform periodic project audits and work with teams to address compliance gaps\nAdminister and troubleshoot PM tools and workflows (e.g., portfolio and project tracking, SharePoint sites, reporting dashboards)\nAct as a central point of contact for project administrators and project managers for PMO processes and tools\nCoordinate financial tasks such as accrual support, reconciliations, transfers, and journal voucher support\nInvestigate discrepancies through detailed analysis and collaborate with cross functional partners to resolve them\nSupport contingent worker administration (onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and maintaining records)\nAssist with access, permissions, documentation management, and training for new project resources\nQualifications\nDiploma in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or equivalent from a recognized technical institute\n4+ years of directly related PMO and governance experience, including 2+ years supporting IT infrastructure projects\nWorking knowledge of PMO practices including reporting, controls, documentation, and governance routines\nComfort with basic accounting concepts and financial reconciliation activities\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) plus Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nConfident communicator able to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of leadership\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize with minimal supervision\nAssets (nice to have): University degree (Business, Computer Science, or similar), PMBOK familiarity, vendor management experience, SharePoint site ownership (permissions and workflows), and exposure to tools such as portfolio planning and Oracle based financial or project systems.\nBring your PMO superpowers and turn project complexity into clean, confident progress-send in your application and let’s get things moving.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
