This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.\nResponsibilities:\nGreet staff, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner\nAnswer and direct incoming calls and inquiries\nReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate individuals\nPrepare and send outgoing courier packages (Purolator and other services as required)\nSupport general office management tasks, including monitoring supplies and coordinating with janitorial staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met\nAssist with additional administrative duties as required\nQualifications:\nMinimum 1+ years of experience in an office or receptionist role in a professional setting\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)\nReliable and professional with a positive attitude\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
