As an award-winning staffing and recruiting agency, we stand apart for quality results, we have proudly fulfilled talent demands and advanced careers for over 50 years.\nWe believe in recognizing and promoting talent from within, and our culture is centered on support, teamwork, and fostering meaningful connections, both within the company and with the communities we serve.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Recruiter on our Accounting & Finance/Office Professionals team, you’ll build strong relationships with accounting and finance professionals and connect them to great opportunities with our clients.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified accounting and finance professionals for contract and permanent roles.\nProactively source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and direct recruiting.\nConduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, career goals, and overall fit for client opportunities.\nCoordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.\nCollaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver exceptional talent on searches\nNegotiate offers, facilitate placements, and help close successful hires across contract and permanent positions.\nDevelop trusted, long-term relationships with candidates while staying informed on industry trends.\nManage placed contractors throughout their assignments to ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for an ambitious professional who is excited to build a successful career in Accounting & Finance recruitment.
