You’ll work closely with audit leadership and senior stakeholders, gaining broad exposure to financial and operational processes, internal controls, and risk assessment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and contributing to meaningful improvements across the organization.\nCompensation\n Expected salary range is $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the execution of internal audits and business reviews\nPlan audits end-to-end, including risk assessment, testing, and documentation\nPartner with business teams to assess processes, risks, and internal controls\nIdentify improvement opportunities and support follow-up on audit findings\nSupport audits related to acquisitions, integrations, and new business activities\nContribute to special projects and internal audit initiatives as needed\nRequirements\n4-7+ years of internal audit, public practice audit, or assurance experience\nCPA designation\nStrong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies\nExperience working with complex or multi-entity organizations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nWillingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. (approximately 30-40%)\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
