In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintain strong stakeholder communication, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations while aligning to operational standards and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and oversee IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, deliverables, schedule, and governance are maintained.\nDefine project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain project deliverables such as:Project charters, business cases, briefing notes\nStatus reports, dashboards, risk/issue logs\nProject closure documentation\n\nLead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings (including executive-level stakeholders).\nConfirm and/or create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements.\nPlan and run project status meetings and other working sessions as required.\nProvide regular online project status reporting and maintain documentation (e.g., SharePoint).\nEnsure change management processes are followed.\nSupport IT infrastructure implementation activities.\nInvestigate, analyze, and coordinate IT changes required for the company’s reorganizations (e.g., department name changes, movement of programs/services/personnel).\nIdentify risks/issues and recommend actions to support delivery and client satisfaction.\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on proof-of-concepts and limited production rollouts; provide quality control for production implementations.\nUse AI tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining human oversight, security, privacy, and ethical use.\nTrack and report time and status as required; document technical recommendations and provide guidance to stakeholders and team members.\nMust-Have Qualifications\nExperience as a Project Coordinator leading technical teams across multiple IT implementations and project executions in an environment of similar size/complexity to the company.\nExperience defining project scope and goals with business stakeholders.\nProven ability to create core project documentation (charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, closures, dashboards).\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience coordinatingIT infrastructure projects\nExperience supporting reorganization projects (department renaming and movement of people/services/programs across departments/ministries).\nStrong stakeholder management experience, including building relationships at the executive level.\nWork Arrangement\nRemote in Canada.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
