If you’re proactive, unafraid to ask the right questions, and enjoy working in a dynamic, detail-driven environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.\nResponsibilities:\nHandle incoming service calls, demonstrating a genuine curiosity to understand the root of each issue\nSchedule service, warranty calls, and installations as needed, aligning technician certifications with site requirements\nCarefully review and approve technician timesheets for accuracy before processing\nCoordinate certifications and book training sessions for technicians as necessary\nOpen and complete work orders, sourcing necessary materials and equipment\nObtain PO or credit card information from customers prior to dispatching technicians\nEnsure all necessary paperwork is distributed to technicians, parts departments, and warehouse staff\nMaintain communication with customers and technicians, providing timely updates on service status\nReview field paperwork and complete entry of parts and job notes into open work orders\nOther operational responsibilities as assigned by the Field Operations Manager\nQualifications:\nOutstanding customer service skills with a high degree of curiosity and problem-solving ability\nExceptional communication and listening skills; always ready to clarify details until fully understood\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, handle stress effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically\nTech-savvy, with the ability to navigate relevant software and systems efficiently\nCapable of working well within a team and independently\nWork on-site in Saskatoon\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
