Your role will be to assess the existing landscape, develop a practical future-state design, and ensure both programs work together to deliver a cohesive, scalable solution.\nThis is an opportunity for a strategic thinker who can connect business needs with technical solutions, guide implementation partners, and bring clarity to complex technology environments.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead solution design\nAssess the current technology landscape, including ERP instances, supporting applications, integrations, and data flows. Define the future-state design and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.\nConnect systems and data\nDesign integration approaches between systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, and file-based exchanges. Address data integrity, master data governance, reporting, security, and scalability requirements.\nImprove business processes\nWork with business stakeholders and implementation partners to shape future-state processes across Procure-to-Pay, requisitioning and purchasing, supplier management, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.\nGuide decisions and manage risk\nServe as the primary solution design authority across both programs. Review implementation partner deliverables, resolve design issues, identify dependencies, and ensure decisions support the organization’s long-term technology goals.\nCommunicate the big picture\nLead discovery sessions and contribute to process design workshops. Develop clear, practical documentation, including system diagrams, data flow maps, and integration specifications. Present options and recommendations in a way that makes sense to both technical and business audiences.\nSupport successful delivery\nCollaborate with Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, business teams, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle, including data migration, cutover, deployment, and operational readiness.\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, or senior technical design roles within ERP implementation or modernization programs.\nProven experience integrating ERP, procurement, and financial systems.\nHands-on experience with an enterprise middleware or iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or Informatica.\nExperience with multi-instance or multi-geography ERP environments, including consolidation, rationalization, or parallel operations.\nThe ability to assess complex legacy environments and turn findings into practical, well-documented solutions.\nStrong technical documentation and diagramming skills, including data flow maps and integration specifications.\nExperience facilitating discovery sessions, leading design workshops, and presenting recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Enterprise Architecture principles, governance frameworks, and technology standards.\nThe ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical detail.\nExperience That Will Set You Apart\nMuleSoft / Anypoint Platform experience.\nCloud-based procurement solutions such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or JAGGAER.\nManufacturing ERP platforms such as QAD, Infor, or SAP.\nERP consolidation or multi-system transformation programs.\nDocument management or invoice processing solutions such as Laserfiche or OnBase.\nDirect QAD or Coupa experience.\nBackground in the CPG or beverage industry.\nThe Ideal Candidate\nYou’re a strong problem-solver who can walk into a complex technology environment, quickly understand how the pieces fit together, and establish a clear path forward. You’re comfortable discussing strategy with senior leaders while also working through integration details with technical teams.\nYou communicate visually, explain the reasoning behind your recommendations, and bring stakeholders together around practical decisions.
