Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operational processes to maintain consistent outcomes.
• Monitor and meet service performance benchmarks and quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements to support smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings to review goals, progress, and challenges.
• Identify and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality by securing sensitive information and following ethical guidelines.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support team and business objectives.
• Provide exceptional support to internal teams and business partners.

Qualifications

Education & Knowledge:

• High school diploma required.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field is an asset.

Experience:

• At least one year of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or support role.
• Familiarity with structured workflows, compliance standards, and deadline-driven environments.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Proficiency in technology and digital tools to support remote or distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
