They’re adding a Tax Manager to their head office tax team.\nThis is a permanent hire into a small, collaborative team. The leaders are hands-on, and the structure is flat enough that you’ll work directly with senior tax leadership. You’ll also have real ownership of the consolidated tax provision.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the consolidated IFRS (IAS 12) income tax provision, reviewing site-level provisions and preparing consolidation adjustments\nReview Canadian corporate filings for about 20 entities: T2, T106, T1134, GST/HST, NR4 and Mining Tax\nSupport international tax work, including foreign affiliate surplus, FAPI, transfer pricing, Global Minimum Tax and ESTMA reporting\nManage Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) audit queries and research historical positions\nContribute to Canadian reorganizations and entity simplification projects\nCoach and support junior team members\nWhat You Bring\nCPA designation\nCPA In-Depth Tax Course, Level 1 minimum. Candidates still in progress are welcome, and support is available to complete the program.\n5+ years of corporate tax experience, with hands-on income tax provision work\nPublic practice background, or an in-house tax role at a multinational\nAny industry considered.
