This role is responsible for facilitating learning sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, enjoys coaching others, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\nFacilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees in both classroom and virtual environments.\nDevelop, update, and deliver training materials, lesson plans, and learning resources.\nCreate and administer knowledge assessments to measure learning outcomes and identify development opportunities.\nEvaluate trainee performance and provide constructive coaching and feedback throughout the learning process.\nSupport quality assurance initiatives by participating in monitoring, coaching, and performance improvement activities.\nTrack training progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on training effectiveness.\nCollaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.\nStay current on products, services, policies, procedures, and system updates to ensure training content remains accurate.\nMentor and support new trainers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the training team.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve training programs, curriculum, and delivery methods.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.\nMinimum 6 months to a year of experience in a contact centre is ideal, customer service, or related training environment. A combination of teaching experience will be considered.\nPrevious experience delivering instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.\nExperience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.\nKnowledge of contact centre operations, quality assurance processes, and customer service best practices is preferred.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexible to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, as required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nThe salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year depending on experience.\nCriminal background check is required.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
