This position is initially for a three month contract with the potential to turn into a permanent position.\nAbout Our Client\nOur client is a respected custom home builder specializing in high-quality, detail-oriented residential construction. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and client experience, they are looking to add a Warranty Coordinator to their team.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a residential construction professional who takes pride in their work, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and has a strong understanding of quality construction and building performance.\nAbout The Position\nCoordinate and manage all warranty requests, deficiencies and service-related issues from initial submission through to resolution.\nAct as the primary point of contact for homeowners, clients, subcontractors and internal project teams regarding warranty claims.\nReview, assess and document warranty requests, determining responsibility and coordinating appropriate corrective actions.\nSchedule and oversee warranty repairs, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and service technicians to ensure timely completion.\nConduct site inspections and walkthroughs to identify deficiencies, assess workmanship and ensure repairs meet required quality standards.\nMaintain accurate warranty records, deficiency logs, service reports and project documentation.\nMonitor outstanding warranty items, follow up with relevant trades and ensure all issues are resolved within established timelines.\nCommunicate regularly with clients and homeowners, providing updates on outstanding requests, repair schedules and resolutions.\nEnsure warranty activities comply with contractual obligations, building standards, company policies and applicable warranty regulations.\nIdentify recurring deficiencies and provide feedback to project teams to help improve construction quality and reduce future warranty claims.\nThe Requirements\n2-5 years of experience in construction, warranty coordination, customer service or a related role.\nExperience with new residential construction and multi-family developments.\nPrevious experience coordinating deficiencies, warranty claims and post-construction service requests.\nCompensation\n$60,000 - $80,000 salary, based on experience and qualifications.\nOpportunity to work with an established custom home builder.\nA professional and collaborative working environment.\nAt Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
