:- \n● Design and develop new functionality for product using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, metadata, and platform services.\n● Build reusable, scalable product capabilities intended to serve many enterprise customers rather than customer-specific implementations. \n● Contribute to product architecture and long-term technical design decisions. \n● Work within an established commercial product codebase and help evolve it across releases. \n● Consider upgradeability, backward compatibility, packaging, maintainability, performance, security, and customer-org variability as part of normal product development. \n● Work on complex product areas including project scheduling, resource and capacity planning, workflow orchestration, project financials, and enterprise user experiences. \n● Use AI-assisted development tools for solution design, coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation. \n● Review and validate AI-generated implementations and identify when an approach is technically incorrect, insecure, non-scalable, or inappropriate for the Salesforce platform. \n● Help design and build AI agents and intelligent capabilities directly into the Leankor product. \n● Develop AI capabilities that can understand project context, analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions, and automate appropriate work. \n● Help define guardrails, permissions, validation, and human approval processes for AI-driven actions. \n● Troubleshoot complex issues across the UI, application logic, data model, integrations, AI services, and Salesforce platform. \n● Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, QA, and other engineering team members. \nQualifications \n● 8+ years of professional software development experience preferred. \n● 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience strongly preferred. \n● Strong experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components. \n● Experience developing complex enterprise applications or commercial software products \n● Prior experience working in a software product company strongly preferred \n● Experience owning functionality across multiple releases rather than delivering isolated project implementations.\n● Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, debugging, testing, security, performance, and maintainability. \n● Experience with Salesforce data modeling, APIs, security and sharing, asynchronous processing, and platform limits \n● Experience with Git, source control, automated testing, and modern CI/CD practices \n● Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools. \nAI Experience \nExperience with several of the following is highly desirable: \n● Large Language Models (LLMs) ● AI agents and agentic workflows \n● Tool/function calling ● Prompt and context engineering ● Structured model outputs \n● Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) ● AI evaluation and guardrails \n● Human-in-the-loop workflows \n● Salesforce Agentforce or related Salesforce AI technologies Prior Agentforce experience is beneficial but not required.\nPreferred Experience \n● Salesforce ISV or AppExchange product development \n● Managed-package development \n● Experience building and maintaining a commercial Salesforce-native product \n● Complex reusable Salesforce-native applications \n● High-volume Salesforce architectures \n● Enterprise project, work management, scheduling, or resource-management software \n● Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud. Experience building a commercial Salesforce product is highly desirable.
