This role is remote, but the successful candidate will be based in Sydney as there are some visitations with participants required.\nKey Responsibilities as a Support Coordinator\nAssist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating their services and supports.\nComplete all necessary administration to the required standard, ensuring full compliance.\nMaintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability associations/groups.\nTake ownership of developing and retaining these networks.\nPromote MyIntegra to the market and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS. This may involve delivering presentations to various organizations such as Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, and support groups, including participants and nominees.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role you will need to have:\nYour empathy and care for people\nYour ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, and customers\nYour excellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nYour strong acumen in engaging potential clients and securing leads from inquiries\nYour superior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships\nYour ability to work independently and as part of a team\nRequirements:\nCurrent driver's license and willingness to travel to clients where required\nMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator\nAllied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar\nExperience or knowledge in complex family health issues would be beneficial\nSuccessful applicants will be required to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide a current Working with Children Check.\nAbout MyIntegra, Part of the APM Group\nSince 2016, MyIntegra has empowered people with disabilities by helping NDIS participants maximize their plans and access support services.
