You’ll configure, maintain, and support multiple Salesforce orgs tailored to the unique needs of our diverse health business units. Working closely with internal teams and external software vendors, you’ll ensure our platforms are secure, compliant, and delivering exceptional user experiences.\nThis is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will directly contribute to better outcomes for our staff and clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Implementation:Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, participate in code reviews, and document technical processes.\n\nData Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity, manage data migration strategies, and maintain robust access controls.\n\nUser Support:Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, collaborate with the Applications and IT teams, and escalate complex problems when needed.\n\nProcess Improvement:Identify opportunities for automation and configure Salesforce to streamline operations.\n\n Compliance & Documentation:Adhere to industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), follow internal change management procedures, and maintain clear documentation.\n\nWorkplace Health & Safety:Follow WHS policies and report hazards or incidents promptly.\n\nCultural Competence:Respect and integrate cultural awareness into your daily work practices.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder) preferred.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.\nStrong data management skills, including migration and cleansing.\nExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\nExperience in healthcare or aged/community care environments is a bonus.\nWhy Early Start Australia?\nAt Early Start Australia, we’re committed to innovation, collaboration, and improving lives.
