Sales Advisor - Fixed-Term Contract - Part-Time (20h per week) - Frankfurt

We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Frankfurt !

Date of contract : 3 december to 10 january

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures

Profile

• You love APM Monaco!
• You are passionate about sales
• You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus
• You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn
• You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
