You will work in an AI-assisted engineering environment, using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery.\nWe are looking for someone who is technically strong, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS.\nTake ownership of features and projects from requirements gathering and technical design to deployment and ongoing support.\nBuild responsive, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile application functions.\nDesign and implement application architecture, mobile user interfaces, API integrations, local storage, data models, and synchronisation processes.\nIntegrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend systems, databases, authentication services, push notifications, and third-party platforms.\nOptimise application performance, stability, speed, responsiveness, and user experience.\nPerform testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality releases.\nManage application versioning, code signing, store submissions, releases, and updates for iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS.\nMonitor production applications, investigate crashes or performance issues, and implement preventative improvements.\nUse AI development tools-including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor-to support coding, refactoring, documentation, testing, code review, and technical problem-solving.\nReview, test, and validate AI-assisted code to ensure it is secure, maintainable, performant, and suitable for production use.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices for architecture, security, documentation, and quality assurance.\nWork closely with product, operations, business stakeholders, designers, backend developers, and external vendors.\nKeep up to date with mobile platform changes, relevant technologies, and effective AI-assisted development practices.\nRequirements\nExperience and Education\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.\nDiploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrable experience delivering and supporting production mobile applications.\nExperience working independently on technical problem-solving while collaborating effectively with a wider team.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.\nSolid understanding of cross-platform mobile development principles, mobile application architecture, and best practices.\nExperience building and releasing applications for iOS and Android;
