We are looking for a Team Leader to support and inspire the team in NSW and provide exceptional service to our participants.\nKey Responsibilities as Team Leader\nManage the operations of the Support Coordination service line within NSW and to achieve optimal service delivery\nActively participate in the developing and implementing strategic Support Coordination business plans\nContribute to the Integrated Care initiatives for the development, continuous improvement, profitability and growth of the Support Coordination business\nEnsure the team is operating in accordance with NDIS terms of business and other relevant standards such as professional, disability and quality standards.\nEnsure operational records required for ISO and NSDS are regularly updated in accordance with Standard Operational requirements e.g. Compliant handling, Induction training, Staffing register etc.\nEnsure accurate case records are maintained and privacy principles are adhered to \nMaking sure the processes and procedure related to community visits and home working are followed (and compliant in audits)\nContribute to and promote a safe and non-discriminatory workplace \nMonitor and manage client and customer satisfaction levels with Support Coordination service provision\nMaintain regular contact with LAC NDIS Planners\nRegularly attend NDIS Provider meetings. \nRespond to service line queries or complaints from external and internal stakeholders within the requested timeframes\nManage issues identified by Participant satisfaction surveys\nTo be successful in this role you will need to have:\nEmpathy and care for people\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, and customers\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nCapacity to engage potential clients and secure leads from inquiries\nSuperior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships\nRequirements:\nPossess Allied Health qualifications; or minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health/Disability/ Aged care or similar\nStrong knowledge of NDIS\nExperience in a leading teams preferably within a community based direct service delivery role.\nCurrent NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Working with Children Check.\nAbout MyIntegra, Part of the APM Group\nSince 2016, MyIntegra has empowered people with disabilities by helping NDIS participants maximize their plans and access support services.
