Experience a diverse, multinational workplace where your operational insights directly influence how we work.\nWork on global Asset Digitization solutions that support operational excellence across terminal environments.\nDevelop your expertise in Ignition, SCADA and IoT technologies while staying current with product features, updates and industry trends.\nCollaborate with terminals, technology teams, operational functions, OEMs and suppliers in a multicultural and international environment.\nContribute to product standardization, continuous improvement, testing, deployment support and the roadmap for Asset Digitization products.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Ignition-based SCADA applications, with a focus on Perspective, Tag Historian, Alarm Management and SQL connections.\nIntegrate COTS IoT platforms such as Node-RED and ChirpStack to capture, process and visualize real-time operational data.\nDevelop reliable data flows between IoT devices, SCADA systems and databases using protocols and standards including MQTT, OPC UA and LoRaWAN.\nTranslate product definitions and functional requirements into robust, scalable SCADA products, engaging subject matter experts when standard solutions are unavailable.\nCreate and maintain design specifications, development references, configuration templates and deployment guidelines, using version control and company documentation tools.\nTest, debug and optimize SCADA and IoT applications, participate in UAT and SAT, validate outcomes, and provide support before and after go-live.\nSupport global product standardization, security requirements, QA activities, Level 2 support and, when needed, software development projects or terminal project roles.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset-curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.\nBring at least five years of experience in technology and/or operations products, projects or programs, preferably involving automation and/or transport and logistics, with hands-on exposure to real-time industrial or operating environments.\nDemonstrate extensive SCADA experience, particularly with Ignition, together with strong SQL knowledge including SQL Bridge, queries and triggers. Ignition Core Certification is preferred or expected within six months of onboarding.\nApply practical experience with COTS IoT platforms such as Node-RED or ChirpStack, and industrial or IoT protocols including MQTT, OPC UA and LoRaWAN.\nUse Python for advanced scripting within Ignition, supported by general PLC knowledge, basic Linux and networking skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices in industrial and IoT environments.
