We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.\nWork on strategic customer pursuits and logistics solutions that directly contribute to business growth.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, IT, HR, finance, procurement, and operations excellence.\nGain exposure to advanced warehouse engineering, simulation modelling, and solution design methodologies.\nDevelop your expertise in integrated logistics within a global organisation committed to continuous learning.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the solution design, costing, and pricing of assigned customer projects.\nAnalyse customer requirements and translate them into sustainable logistics and warehouse solutions.\nDevelop detailed operating models, resource plans, cost estimates, pricing structures, and profit and loss projections.\nCalculate warehouse sizing requirements based on throughput and product data provided through customer RFQs.\nDesign warehouse process flows covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.\nDevelop productivity targets and activity-based costing models to support solution recommendations.\nCreate warehouse simulation models and warehouse layouts using industry-leading software and AutoCAD.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Solution Design, Operations, or Operations Excellence within the logistics industry.\nExperience developing warehouse layouts, engineering designs, and simulation models using AutoCAD and related software.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, implementation activities, productivity drivers, and financial impacts.\nExcellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and countries.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
