We count on our people to make that happen!\nOur opportunity\nWe are looking for our new Client Program Manager, who will have the Ownership of the Operational Strategy with one of our global key customers. Will translate the commitment to the customers in execution across Ocean and Logistics and is responsible for implementing new and additional business with the customer. The Regional Client Program Manager applies awareness of the customer’s supply chain to drive improvements and efficiencies creating value to the customer and Maersk.\nMain responsibilities:\nAccountable for:\nGlobal Customer Relationship (as per stakeholder mapping)\nGlobal Customer Satisfaction\nValue to the customer (realization of existing contracts and new initiatives)\nValue to Maersk (efficiencies, automation, and standardization)\nEnsuring Customer Business Retention\nSeeking Executive Sponsor support for service delivery of the contracts\nExtended account team alignment to the service delivery of the contracts with Maersk.\nEnsure execution and reporting as per compliance requirements.\nComply with Neutrality and Confidentiality guidelines\nResponsible for:\nSellingUncover customer pain points / supply chain challenges and define initiatives to address/eliminate same.\n\nDeliveringMonitor service delivery performance globally or within scope assigned.\nOwn and resolve customer operational escalations.\nDesign customer scorecard & KPIs\nEngage with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners (customer suppliers, partners, service providers and vendors)\nEnsure foundation in place to deliver (eg.
