With significant responsibility and broad exposure across the business, you’ll deepen your industry knowledge and build strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nWhat We Offer\n· The opportunity to play a key role in some of Maersk’s most strategic and complex customer opportunities across North America.\n· A high degree of ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to shape solutions that create real value for our customers.\n· Build your career in a truly global organization, with broad exposure across Maersk and opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.\n· Competitive compensation and benefits, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and a culture that values professional development.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead solution development for our strategic customer opportunities\n· Partner with Account Managers to understand customer needs, business challenges, and industry dynamics.\n· Translate customer insights into clear solution requirements and guide Product teams on how their capabilities come together as part of the overall solution.\n· Lead the development of end-to-end logistics solutions from start to finish.\n· Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate the customer impact and how the proposed solution will address customer challenges.\n· Act as the solution subject matter expert in relevant customer engagements, supporting discovery, solutions discussions, and presentations.\nBring together Maersk stakeholders and share solution expertise\n· Project manage the pursuit process from start to finish, ensuring teams are aligned on scope, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.\n· Work across Sales, Product, and Operations to rally individual resources and capabilities around one shared pursuit.\n· Help strengthen solution-selling capabilities across Sales teams by sharing expertise, tools, and practical approaches to consultative selling.\n· Build and maintain a library of proven value propositions and customer use cases that can be applied to future customer opportunities.\nWho We Are Looking For\n· +5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, sales, consulting, or related commercial role\n· Strong understanding of logistics products, such as ocean, air, landside transportation, warehousing, and 4PL\n· Proven ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into clear, integrated logistics solutions and value propositions\n· Strong customer-facing and consultative skills, with the confidence to lead solution discussions and engage with senior stakeholders\n· Ability to lead complex, cross-functional work and influence stakeholders without direct authority\n· Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex opportunities\n· Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and changing priorities while remaining collaborative and team oriented\nJob Type: Full Time\nLocation: Charlotte, North Carolina\nCompany Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Company match, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off, and More!\nSalary: $95,000 - $140,000*\n*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
