If you don't meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.\nDemonstrated continuous improvement mindset with a passion for solving problems, optimizing systems, and challenging the status quo.\nStrong experience designing and supporting enterprise virtualization environments, particularly VMware and ideally Nutanix.\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and a solid understanding of modern infrastructure architectures.\nProven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.\nExperience developing automation solutions, infrastructure standards, and operational best practices.\nExperience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.\nFluent English communication skills are required; Spanish is considered a plus.\nCuriosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to researching and resolving technical challenges.\nEmployment Details\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nLocation: Mobile, Alabama, United States (100% On-site)\nWork Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nOn-Call Expectations: Participation in on-call support as needed; critical events are infrequent\nSalary Range: USD $90,000 to $110,000 annual base salary\nWork Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
