The candidate should have hands-on experience handling large-scale inventories of 20 lakh+ units, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in inventory management systems, SAP, and advanced Excel functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end inventory operations for multiple customer accounts within a warehouse environment.\nHandle inventory volumes exceeding 20 lakh units while ensuring high inventory accuracy.\nMonitor inventory movements, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual physical stock audits.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive actions.\nCoordinate with operations, customer service, and client stakeholders to ensure inventory integrity.\nGenerate and analyze inventory reports, KPIs, aging reports, and variance reports.\nEnsure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in WMS and SAP systems.\nDrive process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.\nMaintain inventory controls in compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and audit standards.\nSupport customer reviews and provide inventory insights through MIS reports and presentations.\nLead and guide inventory associates during inventory audits and stock verification activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.\nProven experience managing multi-client inventory operations.\nExperience handling inventory size of 20 lakh units or more.\nHands-on experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nStrong working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/EWM preferred).\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:\nRequired Skills\nStrong inventory control and reconciliation skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet customer SLA requirements.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in 3PL/Contract Logistics operations.\nExposure to e-commerce, retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods inventory management.\nKnowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience handling customer audits and compliance requirements.\nMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
